Woid Herz Premium Bumblebee House (H2) burnt
- The bumblebee box is equipped with a bumblebee flap that provides effective protection for the colony against flying insect pests such as hoverflies, wasps and wax moths – the main pests. On the side, there is an extra-large viewing window.
- The flap also provides protection against cuckoo bumblebees. The principle of the flap is that the bumblebee must lift it to enter or exit. Afterwards, it snaps shut again thanks to its weight. The flap is covered with a plexiglass roof.
- On the back, there is ventilation that ensures a pleasant indoor climate even at high temperatures. The ventilation is equipped with a triple-layer mesh.
- Bumblebees are more efficient at pollination than bees. Unlike bees, bumblebees can also handle long and narrow flowers. Another difference is that bumblebees fly out even in cold spring weather and rain.
